libchamplain-0.12-dev software package provides C library providing ClutterActor to display maps (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libchamplain-0.12-dev
libchamplain-0.12-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libchamplain-0.12-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libchamplain-0.12-dev *
You will get with libchamplain-0.12-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
